a. Security

Processing of Personal Data by us

a. Log files

Each time a user accesses our website and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is temporarily processed in a log file. In detail, the following data is stored for each access/retrieval: a) Date and time of the retrieval (time stamp), as well as the IP address of the accessing device or server, b) request details and destination address (protocol version, HTTP method, referrer, User Agent string), c) name of the retrieved file and transferred data volume (requested URL incl. query string, size in bytes) and d) Message as to whether the retrieval was successful (HTTP status code).

On the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website, we store this data to protect against attacks for up to 7 days beyond the time of your visit. This data is analysed and required for legal and criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on communications technology. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the performance of tasks.

b. Hosting

The hosting services used for the purpose of operating our website is VDIT Solutions. In doing so VDIT Solutions, processes all data and communication data of our website users, and visitors that is provided through the website. We use VDIT Solutions, on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of the website and services in conjunction with the provision of contractual services and the conclusion of the contract for our services.

c. Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our web site. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your respective device (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.) and saved by your browser. We may use temporary and permanent cookies and will explain this in our Cookie Policy. The legal basis for the use of cookies is your consent as well as our legitimate interest.

d. Contacting us

Personal Data is processed depending on the contact method. In addition to your name and e-mail address, IP address or telephone number, we usually collect the context of your message which may also include certain Personal Data. The Personal Data collected when contacting us is processed for the purpose of dealing with your request and the legal basis is your consent. The use of your IP address takes place exclusively in the context of law enforcement and security measures in compliance with our legal requirements.

e. Bookings online

For our appointment bookings, we obtain your Name, E-mail, Phone Number, and additional information you provide to us as well as your payment details. The data you provide us with will also only be used for the purpose of your contact, bookings, or appointments and the services carried out. The legal basis for processing your data when booking an appointment is the preparation for a contract. The data collected in this respect will be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary, or you revoke your consent. However, we must also observe retention periods under tax and commercial law. The data collected in respect of our Booking Feature is processed on our behalf by Soham Inc d/b/a Zenoti. Zenoti may also requires prior registration, and we cannot influence which Personal Data Zentoi processes with your registration.

Your payment related data will be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Inc. and is solely be processed through Stripe. We have no access to any Payment Data you may submit. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the user contract for the use of the service.

 

Third-party services and content

We use content or service offers of third-party providers on the basis of our legitimate interests in order to integrate their content and services.  This always requires that the third-party providers of this content are aware of your IP address, as without the IP address they would not be able to send the content to your browser. We use the following providers and would like to ask you to review their privacy policies, and which contain further information on the processing of Personal Data and so-called opt-out measures, if any.
